Refunds:

We Offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Lost, Stolen, or damaged items.

-After 30 days from time of sale, all sales are considered final. 

-If an item is damaged a picture of damaged item/s needs to be taken and sent to support@warbirdbunker.com before a refund can be made.

-Refunds can take between 1 to 10 days to enter back into your card or bank account. If you have not received the refund amount within 10 days, please contact your credit card or banking company.  If you have further problems, please contact us at warbirdbunkertc@yahoo.com.

Returns:

We Offer a 30-Day Return Policy

-All Sales are considered final after 30 days from time of sale.

-A refund is withheld until item/s is returned to Warbird Bunker Trading Company.  We inspect the returned item or item's for an eligible refund.

Some of the items we sell are not eligible for returns including:

  • Model Paints.
  • Model Glue.
  • Model Tools.
  • Airplane oil/lubricants
  • Any cleaners/liquids.

2 Ways to Start a Return:

Option 1: Self-Serve Returns 
Sign in: Go to the store's login page or order status page and sign into your customer account using your email and a verification code.
Select the order: Find the specific fulfilled order you want to return.
Request a return: Click the Request return button next to the eligible items.
Provide details: Choose the quantity of items to return, select a return reason, and submit the request.
Ship the item: Follow the provided shipping instructions or use the generated return label to send the item back. 
Option 2: Manual Returns (Contacting Support)
Contact support: Reach out to the store's customer service via email, phone, or chat if self-serve returns are not available.
Provide order info: Give the support team your order number and the details of the items you wish to send back.
Get instructions: Wait for our staff to review eligibility, verify your request against their return policy, and email you a return shipping label or drop-off instructions. 


Cancellations:

We can cancel and refund you before the item has been packaged and shipped.  But if your package has already been shipped we cannot cancel it.
