Refunds:

We Offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on Lost, Stolen, or damaged items.

-After 14 days from time of sale, all sales are considered final.

-All packages have a Tracking Number and we keep track of every order.  

-If an item is damaged a picture of damaged item/s needs to be taken and sent to warbirdbunkertc@yahoo.com before a refund can be made.

-Refunds can take between 1 to 10 days to enter back into your card or bank account. If you have not received the refund amount within 10 days, please contact your credit card or banking company.  If you have further problems, please contact us at warbirdbunkertc@yahoo.com.

-All Sales are considered final after 14 days from time of sale.

Returns:

*We currently do not do returns.

This is a list of Items that are not returnable from our store:

• Model Paints.
• Model Glue.
• Model Tools.
• Books.
• Airplane pins.

Cancellations:

We can cancel and refund you before the item has been packaged and shipped.  But if your package has already been shipped we cannot cancel it.
